What you'll do

• Receive rations from vendors

• store leftover food properly
• conduct periodic inventories
• secure inventory and control keys
• label and store items
• clean refrigerators and freezers
• rotate stock
• update temperature charts
• unload deliveries and place supplies in storage

• prevent food waste.
