What you'll do

• Perform household, building, and property grounds repairs, which may include plumbing, electrical work, and general carpentry.
• Work standard community hours, including evenings and weekends, and provide on-call after-hours emergency service with Service Manager support.
• Follow company standards and safety and operating procedures.
