The Senior Living Community Managers role is an onsite, live-in position for a couple or two-person team at a Resort Lifestyle Communities independent living facility. Compensation is $60,000 annually per person plus profit sharing, with on-site housing provided. This role exists to provide comprehensive leadership for all community operations, including sales, dining, and maintenance. By living on-site, the managers immerse themselves in the community to ensure high resident satisfaction, full occupancy, and efficient, budget-conscious operations.
