Home Health Aide

Job overview

The Home Health Aide role is onsite, providing in-home care in Freeburg, PA, and surrounding communities. Pay is $11–$13 per hour. EmmUcare Home Health provides non-medical home care to help seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. The aide supports clients according to individualized care plans, providing personal assistance and practical help while encouraging independence. Assignments and schedules are matched to client needs and caregiver availability; day, evening, and weekend shifts may be available.

What you'll do

• Depending on the client’s care plan, assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, mobility, and incontinence support
• provide companionship and emotional support
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• run errands and provide approved transportation
• give medication reminders
• complete required onboarding and training.
