HRE Patient Service Technician

The HRE Patient Service Technician role is onsite in Black River Falls, WI, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule of 72 hours per pay period. Compensation is not specified. The position is part of Black River Health’s Home & Respiratory Equipment team, supporting patients who use medical equipment at home. The technician delivers, sets up, maintains, and explains home medical and respiratory equipment, helping patients and caregivers use it safely and confidently while supporting care beyond the hospital.

What you'll do

• Maintain knowledge of home medical equipment and respiratory products
• manage orders and inventory
• deliver and set up equipment in patients’ homes
• teach patients, families, and caregivers safe equipment use
• retrieve and process returned equipment
• maintain home oxygen systems through scheduled visits
• perform preventive maintenance and repairs
• and assist with walk-in needs and telephone inquiries. The role includes on-call duty approximately every three weeks, including rotating weekends and holidays.
