What you'll do

• Manage service work orders from setup through tracking, material ordering, partner and warranty management, closeout, and invoicing
• manage small projects
• schedule labor partners
• manage emergency work orders and off-hours or overnight project management through a rotational on-call system
• track status and report data
• evaluate service quality and identify improvements.
