What you'll do

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance
• schedule vendors for repairs outside routine scope as needed
• track maintenance and service schedules
• perform preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment
• maintain hotel areas, pool, and spa
• clean, paint, and repair property
• respond to guest requests
• maintain SDS sheets
• follow safety, energy conservation, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
• report safety concerns
• prepare required reports and attend mandatory training and meetings.
