The Technical Writer role is onsite in South Plainfield, NJ, with compensation of $25 per hour. The writer supports engineering and manufacturing teams in a manufacturing and cleanroom environment. The role exists to create and maintain clear, accurate SOPs and process documentation by gathering information from technical staff, organizing records, and documenting processes observed in work areas. The position is contract-to-hire, with Monday–Friday hours from 9 AM to 5 PM.

What you'll do

• Create, update, format, and maintain SOPs and technical documents
• gather process information from engineers and technical staff
• review documentation in English and Mandarin
• organize electronic and physical records
• use Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare and track documents
• provide documentation and administrative support
• observe processes in cleanroom and manufacturing areas as needed.

Why this role
