The Food Runner works onsite at maman’s Princeton, NJ location. Compensation is $17–$17.01 per hour. maman is a bakery, café, and lifestyle brand serving baked goods, coffee, breakfast, and lunch. The runner supports a welcoming and efficient dining room by assisting guests, delivering food, maintaining service stations, and coordinating with front- and back-of-house teams. The role helps maintain the guest experience through attentive service, cleanliness, and accurate handling of dine-in, delivery, and catering orders.

What you'll do

• Welcome and assist guests
• set tables and offer water
• run food orders, bus items, and replenish water and cutlery stations
• ensure delivery and catering orders are accurate and dispatched on time
• restock and complete closing checklists
• maintain guest and team areas and perform assigned cleaning
• support front- and back-of-house teams.
