The Accounting Manager, Healthcare and Pharmacy role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Pay is $110,000–$125,000 per year. Spectrum Medical Care Center provides primary and specialty healthcare to LGBTQ+ individuals and people living with HIV/AIDS in Arizona. Reporting to the controller, the manager runs day-to-day accounting and owns the monthly close for Spectrum and its PrideCare Rx pharmacy entity. The role maintains accurate, timely, audit-ready books and partners with clinical, pharmacy, revenue cycle, HR, and operations leaders as the organization grows.

What you'll do

• Own the monthly close calendar
• review journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
• prepare financial statements and budget-versus-actual reporting
• support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accounting
• maintain intercompany accounting and fixed assets
• apply ASC 842 lease accounting
• account for 340B activity, grants, restricted funds, and pharmacy operations
• manage pharmacy inventory accounting
• maintain controls and audit support
• support tax filings
• improve processes and serve as Controller backup when needed.
