What you'll do

• Manage sales opportunities from first contact through closing and maintain HubSpot deal records
• generate and follow up on leads and listings
• conduct showings and guide qualified prospects toward applications
• coordinate lenders, documentation, deposits, and customer communication
• prepare homes for showings
• host open houses and sales events
• travel to assigned communities. The posting requires Spanish, regular weekend availability, and local and regional travel, including possible overnight travel.
