What you'll do

• Operate sweepers, rollers, loaders, backhoes, off-road trucks, and other light grading equipment
• perform grading and sitework
• prepare and stabilize soil and materials
• help clean jobsites and support excavation
• maintain equipment
• and communicate with the crew about safety, production, and quality.
