What you'll do

• Oversee water mitigation projects and emergency response
• monitor progress, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction
• inspect jobsites
• lead, coach, train, and evaluate technicians and crew chiefs
• schedule crews and after-hours on-call rotations
• communicate with customers and industry partners
• coordinate equipment and project records
• prepare and review Xactimate estimates
• support billing, business development, safety, and compliance.
