Production Operator – C Shift

The Production Operator role is onsite in Alexandria, MN. Base pay is $18.00–$25.48 per hour, plus a $3.00 differential. The schedule is full time Monday–Wednesday, 6:30 AM–6:30 PM, and Thursday, 6:30 AM–12:30 PM. Alexandria Industries manufactures custom aluminum extrusions and the role supports its Fabrication team. The operator runs equipment to modify aluminum parts to customer specifications, checks product quality, and packages finished goods for shipment. The work contributes to accurate, high-quality production and on-time customer deliveries while maintaining safety and production standards.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate fabrication equipment
• review work orders and inspect parts using inspection tools
• package finished products to customer requirements and schedules
• perform basic machine maintenance
• keep equipment and work areas clean
• follow safety procedures and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and production processes.
