Groundskeeper Facilities Worker – Eighth Care Center

The Groundskeeper Facilities Worker role is onsite at Eventide on Eighth Care Center in Moorhead, MN. The full-time schedule includes 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. shifts, which may vary; starting pay is $20–$22.40 per hour based on qualifications, experience, and location. Eventide’s care center needs facilities, grounds, and transportation support for its campus. The worker maintains grounds, vehicles, equipment, and facilities while transporting residents or tenants to appointments and activities. The role helps keep campus operations and transportation safe and functional, including through scheduled maintenance and rotating on-call responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Repair and service building, grounds, and equipment
• maintain and operate fleet vehicles and schedule van or bus runs
• transport residents or tenants and secure passengers
• use CMMS and time-clock software
• perform preventive vehicle maintenance and general building maintenance
• maintain grounds, including lawn care and snow and ice removal
• serve as primary campus driver
• rotate weekend and weekly on-call responsibilities.
