What you'll do

• Conduct two to three client meetings per week, split between virtual and in-person
• maintain and grow an assigned book of business
• make daily outreach contacts
• manage the sales cycle from lead qualification through negotiation and closure
• prepare tailored proposals
• maintain Salesforce records
• represent Ethos at industry events
• collaborate on client onboarding, handoffs, and satisfaction.
