What you'll do

• Provide second-level support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• repair, image, and build laptops and desktops
• assist with user setup, procurement, and onboarding
• administer cloud productivity and email accounts
• troubleshoot network and internet connectivity
• support iOS and Android devices
• configure printers and peripherals
• assist with endpoint security and device management
• document resolutions and update knowledge articles
• and guide end users on common applications and tools.
