Project Coordinator / Specialist III, Merchant Launch

The Project Coordinator / Specialist III role is based in Detroit, MI, with a partially remote, partially in-office, and largely travel-based arrangement. Compensation is stated as $45–$48 per hour. The role supports the client’s Platform Innovation team, which leads strategy, launch, and scaling of new initiatives for its white-label restaurants business. The role onboards merchant restaurants to products and improves their experience across the platform lifecycle. It coordinates with sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics teams to support implementation, training, and adoption.

What you'll do

• Visit merchant restaurants and support onboarding
• create and execute onboarding plans
• train merchant staff on platform use and create training materials
• configure client software and oversee digital ordering and SaaS tool implementation
• identify workflow improvements that encourage adoption and maximize revenue
• coordinate cross-functionally to improve merchant experience.

Why this role
