The Packing & Assembly Associate — Shipping & Receiving Backup is a full-time, onsite role in Rocklin, CA. Pay is $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience. The position supports Roseville Precision’s precision sheet-metal manufacturing team and helps protect product quality through final assembly and packaging. The role assembles manufactured components and prepares finished products for shipment, following drawings, work instructions, packaging requirements, and quality standards. When coverage or additional help is needed, the associate may also support shipping and receiving so materials and customer orders are handled accurately and efficiently.

What you'll do

• Assemble sheet-metal parts and components using drawings, work instructions, bills of materials, and customer requirements
• inspect parts and assemblies
• prepare, wrap, cushion, box, crate, palletize, label, and document finished products
• maintain packing records and an organized workspace
• coordinate with Production, Quality, and Shipping. When providing backup coverage or additional support, receive and inspect shipments, verify documentation and quantities, enter receiving transactions, stage materials, and assist with preparing outgoing orders.
