What you'll do

• Research companies, industries, and job markets
• source candidates using LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, and databases
• build candidate pipelines
• support outreach and candidate engagement
• conduct introductory conversations and screenings as experience develops
• coordinate interviews and follow-up
• maintain candidate information in applicant tracking and CRM systems
• assist with job postings, presentations, and reports
• track pipeline activity and market insights
• research prospective clients and business opportunities
• contribute to tools and processes.
