What you'll do

• Recruit for positions, conduct periodic market analysis, post openings, and track FTE
• coordinate onboarding, access, I-9s, certifications, and orientation
• approve timecards and leave and communicate payroll matters
• track temporary-agency hours
• organize safety meetings, document incidents, and recommend safety-culture improvements
• track training and support quality-assurance training
• assist with HR events
• translate communications
• attend department meetings
• track performance reviews
• assist with employee relations and disciplinary actions
• maintain files
• communicate relevant California laws and policies to the corporate office.
