The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is an onsite position located in Columbus, OH, with a pay range of $16.00–$18.00 per hour. This role supports the AGENTIC CLIENT SUPPORT SERVICES LLC team in providing essential care to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role exists to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to reach their full potential. The DSP provides daily living assistance, ensures a safe and clean environment, and follows individual service plans to promote the health and well-being of clients.

What you'll do

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, respect individual rights and confidentiality, follow Individual Service Plans, use electronic software for documentation, facilitate community activities, maintain a clean and safe living environment, communicate effectively with team members and families, protect client health and safety, and attend required training and meetings.
