What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• maintain care records
• implement and update care plans with the healthcare team
• assist with medication administration, wound care, and other treatments as needed
• perform laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation
• communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
