What you'll do

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on buildings, equipment, and site systems
• assist with apartment make-ready work, exterior maintenance, and common areas
• complete painting, carpet cleaning, drywall repairs, and tile replacement
• help maintain grounds, pools, hot tubs, and dog park amenities
• and perform exterior light replacement and grounds equipment maintenance.
