Construction Superintendent — Commercial and Multifamily Projects

Job overview

The Construction Superintendent role is onsite at project sites across the Greater Bay Area, with candidates based in areas including Santa Rosa, San Rafael, the North Bay, East Bay, or South Bay. Compensation is $140,000–$170,000 per year. RimePro represents a general contractor with a diverse portfolio of construction projects. The superintendent leads daily field operations from mobilization through closeout, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety. The role serves as the primary field contact for project and design teams and drives inspections, punch lists, and documented turnover.
