Customer Service Representative, Calibration Services

What you'll do

• Control service workflow and document job status
• manage order processing in business systems
• contact customers with estimates and obtain purchase order numbers
• communicate repair and calibration status and completion dates
• answer billing, delivery, and shipping questions
• generate purchase orders
• maintain department records
• coordinate driver pickup and delivery schedules
• process units in calibration software
• prepare shipment paperwork and assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
