What you'll do

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• assist with medication management and administration as needed
• help with meal preparation, laundry, and household chores
• facilitate social and recreational activities
• collaborate with healthcare professionals on individualized care plans
• monitor and report client status and concerns
• maintain a safe, clean home environment
• and work varying shifts for 24/7 coverage.
