Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Direct, schedule, and perform maintenance activities
• supervise, train, and mentor the maintenance team
• inspect units and manage apartment make-ready work
• prioritize and complete service requests involving appliances, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
• document service requests and preventative maintenance
• assist with groundskeeping, pool maintenance, housekeeping, and other tasks as needed.
