What you'll do

• Complete assigned vehicle service and repairs according to training and published procedures
• notify management of additional repairs or issues affecting quality or promised timing
• use service tools and equipment properly
• road-test vehicles when required
• participate in manufacturer training and review technical bulletins
• supervise apprentices when assigned
• meet production and efficiency benchmarks
• document repair causes and corrections
• maintain dealership tools and required protective equipment
• follow applicable safety and environmental regulations.
