Reporting to the Controller, this role supports timely customer collections and accurate cash forecasting across Chandler and acquired businesses. It coordinates accounts receivable follow-through, investigates payment and automation discrepancies, and works across Finance, Customer Service, and the ERP/Automation team to maintain accurate processes and support business integration.

What you'll do

• Monitor open invoices and resolve issues that could delay collections
• manage collection follow-up and escalate payment risks
• reconcile customer portal schedules and remittance information
• prepare weekly AR aging and expected collection reports
• monitor automated invoicing and cash application
• partner with Customer Service on disputes, credit requests, deductions, and short payments
• coordinate AR automation issues with the ERP/Automation team
• support acquired-business AR integration
• reconcile receipts across bank accounts and ERP systems
• support month-end close, AR reconciliations, financial reviews, and audits
• maintain customer records and procedures and contribute to process improvements and system projects.

Why this role

Requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; at least two years of accounting experience; strong Microsoft Excel skills; and eligibility as a U.S. person under ITAR. Epicor experience is preferred.
