What you'll do

• Support 24/7 real-time operations, including resource and transaction management and helpdesk support
• monitor client portfolios and validate submissions before market deadlines
• escalate system emergencies according to operating procedures
• monitor and adjust NERC E-Tags
• assist with internal system testing
• maintain operational documentation
• report daily market and client activities
• communicate with clients by phone and email.
