The Shape Molding Machine Operator role is onsite in Byron Center, MI. Pay is $20 per hour. Workbox Staffing is recruiting for a manufacturing opportunity involving molding and expander equipment. The operator supports safe, efficient production by running equipment, monitoring material quality, and completing production documentation. The role also helps maintain equipment and material flow, follows safety procedures, and may assist with training new employees and department transfers.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor molding and expander machines
• adjust settings to maintain acceptable material production
• perform startup, shutdown, cleanup, and routine maintenance
• operate forklifts and conveyor systems
• complete production records and maintenance work orders
• move materials and scrap
• assist with hotroom maintenance and inventory audits as requested
• follow production schedules and lockout/tagout procedures
• help train new employees.
