What you'll do

• Prepare, trim, slice, and handle raw beef
• slice and season beef for dehydration
• load, operate, and unload commercial dehydrators
• complete production records and maintain batch identification and traceability
• report food-safety or quality concerns
• clean, sanitize, inspect, and reassemble equipment and work areas
• assist with packaging, receiving, sanitation, and other trained production activities.
