What you'll do

• Provide guest service and support sales
• process purchases and returns
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• assist with associate training, feedback, scheduling, and payroll
• maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and equipment
• ensure online orders are fulfilled and shipped
• support inventory control, loss prevention, deposits, and transaction reconciliation
• supervise and delegate to Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders when the Store Manager is absent
• follow opening and closing procedures.
