What you'll do

• Coordinate show schedules and labor processing
• arrange travel for management and electricians
• maintain equipment inventories and loan records
• review timecards
• create show files, kits, floor plans, and work tickets
• communicate with exhibitors about electrical requirements
• dispatch electricians
• update floor plans
• audit labor entries and tickets
• prepare reports and delivery schedules
• research billing discrepancies
• follow safety policies and procedures.
