What you'll do

• Support patients through daily activities, appointments, and crisis intervention
• conduct patient safety rounds
• assist with intakes and discharges
• monitor and document medication self-administration under facility policies
• participate in and facilitate applicable group sessions
• and document required notes in the electronic medical record.
