What you'll do

• Prepare commercial HVAC estimates and material, equipment, and labor takeoffs
• obtain supplier pricing
• develop competitive bids and project proposals
• read mechanical blueprints
• and work with sales and operations teams on replacements, design-build projects, and commercial installations. Manage multiple estimates and deadlines while maintaining accurate pricing and project profitability.
