What you'll do

• Advise on securities laws, SEC regulations, and FINRA rules, including their interaction with prediction markets and derivatives
• support business units with contracts, negotiations, licensing, and data provisioning
• draft and update policies, procedures, terms, and trading rules
• represent OG.com on matters before the SEC
• review marketing and educational materials for compliance
• work with external counsel on legal and regulatory arrangements.
