Vice President of Construction Quality

Job overview

The Vice President of Construction Quality role is onsite in Dallas, TX, with a base salary of $225,000–$275,000 per year plus bonus. The role supports a growing industrial services organization with a significant self-perform electrical construction business. This executive leader builds and scales the electrical quality function, establishing consistent standards, systems, and accountability across projects and operating groups. The work is intended to improve installation reliability, reduce rework and risk, and strengthen customer confidence from preconstruction through testing, commissioning, and turnover.

What you'll do

• Set electrical quality strategy and standards
• build and scale a company-wide Quality Management System
• partner with operations, engineering, safety, project management, and commissioning leaders
• develop a quality organization
• establish quality plans, inspection and test procedures, and documentation requirements
• oversee field inspections, audits, and prefabrication quality
• ensure work aligns with applicable codes and standards
• coordinate testing and commissioning requirements
• lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• develop quality metrics
• serve as an escalation point for significant quality concerns.
