Personal Lines Account Manager

The Personal Lines Account Manager role is onsite in Glen Allen, VA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Salary is $45,000–$55,000 annually. The role supports King Risk Partners’ personal insurance clients and its insurance service team. The position manages a book of personal property and casualty accounts, supporting new and renewal business while maintaining accurate coverage and responsive client relationships. It helps clients navigate policy needs and ensures account work meets carrier requirements and applicable regulations.

What you'll do

• Manage personal lines property and casualty accounts, including auto and homeowners coverage
• process new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites
• track expirations
• gather underwriting information
• prepare ACORD applications and supplemental forms
• market accounts to carriers and assist with coverage comparisons
• bind coverage
• review issued policies
• serve as a client contact
• maintain agency system records
• stay current on products and carrier guidelines.
