What you'll do

• Room patients, obtain vital signs, and update health information in the EHR
• answer phones and complete prior authorizations and medical-record requests as directed
• administer ordered injections and document them
• prepare and restock exam rooms
• assist providers with procedures
• document care and patient interactions
• process referrals and follow-up
• make follow-up calls as needed
• participate in meetings and support a clean, functional work environment.
