What you'll do

• Develop and update account plans, stakeholder maps, growth roadmaps, and risk registers
• lead internal account planning
• manage customer relationships from daily users to executives
• drive revenue growth, upsell, and cross-sell
• manage renewals and churn risks
• maintain CRM records
• identify new key accounts and lead onboarding.
