The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), PM and NOC Shifts role is onsite in Tulare, CA. Compensation is $20.40–$23 per hour. Grand Oaks Care is accepting applications for PM and NOC shifts, with limited full-time openings and PRN and on-call opportunities. The CNA provides direct resident care under nursing leadership, following individualized care plans and facility requirements. The role supports residents’ comfort, dignity, safety, independence, and quality of life through personal care, observation, documentation, and teamwork.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, transfers, mobility, toileting, meals, hydration, and personal care
• complete rounds and respond to call lights
• observe and report changes to the nurse
• obtain and document assigned vital signs and other information
• complete electronic documentation
• maintain safe and clean care areas
• follow infection prevention and transfer procedures
• protect resident privacy and rights
• report suspected abuse or neglect
• work with the interdisciplinary team.

Why this role

New graduates are welcome, and prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required. Current California CNA certification in good standing is required. PRN and on-call opportunities are available; weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred for those positions.
