What you'll do

• Design, deploy, configure, maintain, and automate IT systems
• manage user accounts and access
• serve as an escalation point for the help desk
• test and deploy patches
• monitor security alerts and investigate incidents
• maintain endpoint protection and multifactor authentication
• test backups and maintain disaster-recovery documentation
• track hardware, software, licenses, and warranties
• document configurations and changes
• participate in after-hours maintenance and on-call support as needed.
