Field Service Representative – 2nd Shift

What you'll do

• Operate a 28-foot box truck and travel approximately 10–250 miles per day
• deliver, set up, service, and retrieve specialty medical equipment at hospitals
• coordinate routes with Central Dispatch
• assist customers with basic equipment operation
• clean, disinfect, inspect, test, and prepare equipment
• troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• complete documentation using company software and mobile devices
• follow safety and quality procedures
• collaborate with operations and dispatch teams.
