Office Assistant — Mental Health Clinic

The Office Assistant role is full-time and onsite in Elizabeth, Colorado. Pay is $16.01–$18.82 per hour. The position supports Centennial Mental Health Center’s client- and family-centered care by serving as a welcoming entry point to services. The role assists clients and visitors, supports clinic administration, and helps people access appointments and care. Depending on tier, duties also include payment processing, cross-training across service lines, administrative support, and training or coverage coordination.

What you'll do

• Greet clients in person and by phone
• check clients in and out
• schedule and confirm appointments
• monitor waiting areas
• support client education and referrals
• respond to calls, email, and EHR tasks
• verify insurance and demographic information
• collect and reconcile payments
• provide administrative support
• perform tier-specific duties such as cross-training, document management, staff training, and clinic coverage.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED is required; QMAP certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Two or more years of public office experience is preferred.
