What you'll do

• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments and follow-ups
• greet patients and answer or return calls
• gather medical histories, vitals, and BMI and update records
• chart provider visits using SOAP notes
• schedule and order lab work and contact patients about lab reviews
• train on and obtain identified equipment certifications
• assist with procedures and equipment setup
• manage medical faxes and prior authorizations
• refill medications as directed and coordinate prescriptions with pharmacies.

Why this role
