What you'll do

• Provide medication therapy management and reconciliation
• plan pharmacotherapy
• order and evaluate laboratory tests
• initiate, modify, or discontinue medications under established protocols
• manage chronic conditions and pharmacokinetic adjustments
• counsel patients

• support ICU care, pain strategies, and emergency interventions
