The manager leads and participates in maintenance operations, developing the maintenance team and supporting the reliability, safety, and performance of facility and manufacturing systems. The role works with production, engineering, and leadership to reduce downtime, maintain equipment, and improve operations.

What you'll do

• Support maintenance priorities and assignments
• lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team
• oversee and perform equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• plan and document preventive maintenance
• partner with production and engineering
• maintain facility systems
• use PLC knowledge for troubleshooting
• reinforce OSHA and company safety standards
• maintain asset records and identify process improvements.
