Senior Project Architect

The Senior Project Architect role is onsite in Madison, WI. Compensation is $90,000–$130,000 per year, based on experience. The architect leads project planning, technical production, project leadership, and construction administration while coordinating consultants and working with project managers, owners, and construction managers. The role helps deliver design documentation and project objectives through quality control, BIM or visualization strategies, and staff development.

What you'll do

• Lead project development, planning, technical production, and construction administration
• work with the Project Manager and own design documentation
• direct, delegate, and supervise project tasks
• coordinate consultants
• write and assist with specifications
• perform project QA/QC
• engage with owners and construction managers
• mentor staff
• lead BIM model or visualization strategies.
